- Contribute to the monthly club executive committee meetings

Hello! I'm Jeevantika Lingalwar, a passionate and dedicated Partner Solution Architect at Microsoft, where I have been making an impact since December 20201. With a strong background in Cloud Computing (M.Sc.) and Computer Science Engineering (B.E.), I am committed to helping partners in Ireland overcome technical blockers and maximize their Microsoft Partnership benefits.

As the Founder and President of the International Women in Tech Ireland group, I lead a vibrant community of over 3900 members, fostering diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. My dedication to empowering women in technology extends to my mentorship program, "Coffee Chat with Jeevantika," where I have mentored 60 young minds and taken 250 calls in just two months.

In addition to my full-time role, I am a technology speaker, sharing insights on trending technologies like AI and Quantum Computing1. I am also a mentor to international university students in Ireland, helping them navigate their careers and achieve their goals.

My journey in the tech industry has been recognized with several awards, including the FY22 GPS Field Spotlight Award for Exceptional Leadership, Collaboration, and Innovation1. I am also a proud recipient of the WomenTech Global Ambassador Award and have been featured in the young women rising star under 30 magazine.

I am passionate about creating a culture of belonging and respect for everyone, and I am committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech sector and beyond1. My personal success mantra is: "I do not fear losing, I fear not trying".

Eight years ago, I stepped off a plane in Ireland with nothing but dreams and determination. Today, those dreams have come full circle — I am officially an Irish citizen! 🇮🇪 ☘️

The journey was filled with challenges, moments of uncertainty, and countless lessons. Yet, through every high and low, Ireland embraced me with warmth and kindness. It never felt like I was alone — this country and its people made me feel at home from the very first day.🫰🏼

On Saturday, I had the privilege of moderating a powerful panel on Women’s Health and Longevity—focused on shaping the future through policy, implementation, and investment.🫶🏼 Joining me were 4 incredible voices Loretta Dignam, Claire Bourne, Olga Cleary and @Dominic Trepel 

Our discussion highlighted a critical truth: women’s health has been historically underfunded and understudied, yet the potential impact of closing this gap is enormous—both for individual well-being and global economic growth.🙌🏼

We explored how AI and technology are transforming women’s health, from early detection of conditions like breast cancer and endometriosis to personalized care and equitable access. The conversation reinforced that innovation must go hand-in-hand with policy frameworks and strategic investments to ensure these solutions reach every woman, everywhere.
