A bit about me: I am a communication designer turned visual thinking expert. 

As much as I love everything visual, pretty design images or even illustrations aren't the most important. 

The prettiest design doesn't help if your messaging – or your product – is missing the mark.

But it is almost impossible to see how to connect the dots for your business especially if you have many ideas! 

That's where I come in with my pencil. 

I use strategic sketching and a powerful story-driven framework. 

• In a Business Storyboarding session, I ask you questions and sketch while we talk. You'll SEE your client's problems and feelings. A client of mine said: "It is as if you could walk around in their life!"

I fix fragile setups and simplify complex tools into reliable systems. I train hosts to feel confident and professional on camera. When it matters most, I also run live production, handling chat, cues, transitions, and engagement so hosts can focus fully on content and connection.

This work is built on years of experience and real client transformations. Participants stay present. Hosts look professional.

Usually I don't talk about this on LinkedIn, but today ...
A rare peek into my actual "productivity system."

Messy.
Chaotic.
Somehow ... it works. (don't ask why)

Actually, I spend more time there than writing the posts themselves.

This IS my strategy. 👀

If someone takes time out of their busy day to engage with my content, share their perspective, answer a question, or just make a joke ... I appreciate that.

Do I always have the perfect answer? No. 
Does it sometimes feel like a lot? Yes. 

I will still reply.

Often, the best conversations, inspiration, and connections emerge from these exchanges. Not from the post itself - from what happens in the comments.

If you're not replying to comments, why are you even posting? 🤷🏽‍♂️


Exceptions:

 If a comment screams 'I'm a bot!' - no reply (obviously).

If you come to my posts just to promote your services - also no reply + me cursing in 4 different languages into my monitor.

I didn't grow an audience and build connections so you can hop by and plug your sh*t.

FaciliHack 247: Start every session with "This is a safe space!"

Nothing says psychological safety quite like announcing it with the confidence of a flight attendant demonstrating the emergency exits.

"THIS. IS. A. SAFE. SPACE." 👏

Optional advanced technique:

If participants look skeptical, make intense eye contact and repeat with slightly more urgency 🤨:

"FEEL SAFE! NOW!"

(Results may vary. Side effects may include nervous laughter and questions about your facilitation credentials.)

OR ...

You could say it with swag. 😎

Let your water bottle, tote bag, and gear do the talking.
Nothing builds trust quite like consistent branding across all your merchandise.

Because if there's one thing we know about creating safe spaces, it's that it requires:

👉🏽 Genuine empathy ✓
👉🏽 Active listening ✓
👉🏽 A really cool hoodie ✓✓✓

Did you know you can share audio only in Zoom? 👀

No screen. No slides. Just sound.

One of those features where I think:
Totally not worth sharing. Everybody already knows this. 😑

Apparently … not everybody.

Audio-only sharing is great when:

 - You want to play a podcast clip or music
 - You need clean audio without visual distractions
 - You want to play sound effects (e.g. from a soundboard or Stream Deck)

How to get there?

  - Click Share Screen
  - Switch to the Advanced tab
  - Select Computer Audio
  - Hit Share

Zoom shows a blue speaker icon in the participants list when someone is sharing audio.
And it also adds a "my computer sound" tab to your meeting.

One important heads-up:
Zoom shares your entire system audio.

So yes, your notifications, pings, and random background sounds too.
Turning those off is highly recommended.
Generally, that is good practice for meetings anyway. 🤷🏽
