A bit about me: I am a communication designer turned visual thinking expert. 

As much as I love everything visual, pretty design images or even illustrations aren't the most important. 

The prettiest design doesn't help if your messaging – or your product – is missing the mark.

But it is almost impossible to see how to connect the dots for your business especially if you have many ideas! 

That's where I come in with my pencil. 

I use strategic sketching and a powerful story-driven framework. 

• In a Business Storyboarding session, I ask you questions and sketch while we talk. You'll SEE your client's problems and feelings. A client of mine said: "It is as if you could walk around in their life!"

Governance and support of in-flight initiatives through leadership, direction, stakeholder and supplier management and risk mitigation to ensure successful outcomes.

IT Business Partner to Group Supply Chain

Led the implementation of Google Apps to 16,000 colleagues within the Group across 16 businesses and 1,800 locations. An extensive programme to transform collaborative working across the Group, including engagement and communication campaigns, process change, mail migration, training, service transition and desktop, mobile and network technology upgrades.


IT lead on the Workplace Pension Reform (WPR) programme to deliver compliance with pensions automatic enrolment regulations.

Senior Project Manager, IT Portfolio

Led the implementation of a SharePoint 2010 intranet across the Travis Perkins group to 14,000 colleagues. Delivered additional SharePoint-based capabilities in areas including document management, project management and collaboration.

Managed a portfolio of Group HR projects centred around process efficiency and colleague engagement.

Airflow Streamlines

Designed and developed IT systems to assist the engineering teams. Provided support for core business systems.
