With a team of 60+, I still lacked structure. That’s when I learned: you grow through process & hiring C-level.

Build with A-players.

4. Full-funnel > one-trick ponies
If you only know Brand Search or YouTube, you’re done. Mastering pull and push makes you unstoppable.

You win markets by mastering the full funnel.

5. Be your own best case study
Want to scale brands with Google Ads? Better scale your own brand first. 
Credibility > everything.

Here’s what I learned:

Tactics work once for a short time.
Strategy adapts when everything changes.
Execution wins. Speed wins every single time.

I used to think others had the answers. Turns out, nobody does.
We’re all just figuring sh*t out as we go.

The only difference?

Some keep thinking about it. Others move, and find answers through action. Every day you execute, you collect proof.

Proof that you can adapt.
Proof that you’re getting better.
Proof that doing > doubting.

And that’s the ultimate strategy.

Don’t try to know it all. Because you can’t.

Just be ready to figure things out → move fast.
