- On which part of the page did they spend the most time?

But as the AI content has no unique examples &  real differentiation, the visitor bounces back quickly. 

And Google ranks your content. 

Search engines don’t punish AI.
They ignore replaceable content.

If a page can be regenerated in 30 seconds by anyone, it has no reason to exist long-term.

No, I’m NOT going to share any GEO AIO tips. 
No one actually knows what’s happening behind the scenes. 

But I’ve analyzed a thing that’s one of the reasons you don’t get mentioned in LLMs even though you rank on your targeted primary keywords.

Google ranks pages.
LLMs recall brands.

AI didn’t kill SEO. It killed lazy positioning.

Google doesn't hate your website.
It hates that your website says the exact same thing as 10,000 others.

And that exactly is the problem you're ignoring.
You sound like everyone else.

Before AI, you're good to go with "good enough" content.
But now GPT, Gemeni, & AIOs summarize that content without mentioning you.

So what does that mean?
That means LLMs are not concerned with how much effort you put.

If you think GEO is 100% traditional SEO, you're being lazy. 
GEO is not "SEO" with a new name.

Traditional SEO = ranking for specific terms/phrases. 
GEO = being the go-to source for your users' queries. 

And that's what separates GEO from SEO.

LLMs are 'chat with AI'. Traditional SEO was 'finding' the relevant information/sources' from ‘ranking' pages.

Before AI, the 'finding’ was 50% done by Google, & 50% was done by the searcher. 

With AI, the 'finding' is 100% done by AI. 

LLMs DON'T scrape the internet and bring what's 'ranking' on Google. 
They analyze the prompt and 'understand' the intent, and then mention/cite the pages that are most 'relevant'. 

This changes the whole scenario. 

Your content can rank #1 on Google, but won't ever appear on AI because your content was not relevant & satisfying enough. 

And that's where you need to blend SEO with GEO. 
With changed search behaviour.

This is one of the most important considerations for AI visibility & getting your site mentions/recommendations in LLMs

Your site structure (UI/UX, Navigation) should be clear & clean. 

If it’s making sense to humans…LLMs would most likely refer to it. 

Because, AI models learn from human patterns.

But if your site; 
- Has confusing categories
- Random blog sprawl
- No clear “what you actually do."

It sends an ‘uncertainty’ single to LLMs 

& no, I’m not talking about fancy designs & stuff. 
I’m talking about logical navigation & clear service pages. 

Even if you have fewer pages…
But you're clear with what you do and for whom
If you're talking to your ideal customers & users
You're good to go. 

It's nothing technical. It's a common sense thingie. 
It's communication. It’s about clarity. 

If you’re not clear. You’re confusing your visitor. 
And confusion is the fastest way to lose trust 

You’ll lose humans + AI.

This one CRO mistake kills SEO conversions & you lose $$$.

You drive traffic to pages that don't clearly describe what you do/offer. 

Too many CTAs.
Too much vague messaging.
Unclear, average-looking structure. 

SEO brings the visitor to the page.
Now it's messaging + presentation that makes the visitor act.

But most pages:
- Talk to everyone
- Convince no one
- Leak users silently

Clarity  >  persuasion.

If your page doesn’t clearly tell the visitor what's in it for them in 5 seconds … your SEO traffic is wasted

90% of SEOs approach topical authority the WRONG way.

I’ve audited multiple sites and saw this pattern
There would be 200 blogs on the same keyword.

That is content volume. Not authority.

Real topical authority means
You cover the entire problem space
Each piece supports the next
Nothing important is missing

If you’re 
Repeating the same angle 20 times
Targeting slight keyword variations

& Hoping Google connects the dots
You’re doing it wrong. 

Authority is about completeness
It’s not about FREQUENCY.

One deeply structured content hub is better than 30 disconnected posts every time.

If your content answers “what” but not “why, when, and how,”

SEO used to be about traffic acquisition.
And that traffic acquisition was considered as ROI

Now the game's changed. 
The way people used to ‘discover' has changed. 

Now they 'validate' before they make any decision. 
And this validation is done by both Google and LLMs.    

That means if you/your brand is not consistent across the internet (LinkedIn, YT, website, etc.)...there’s something that tells AI bots & people that you’re not valid enough. 

So…in other words, SEO is ‘demand capture’. 

And because of that shift 
- Branded searches matter more
- Comparison pages outperform blogs
- You About Us Contact Us Page & Meta Tags matter more than ever. 

If your SEO strategy ignores brand and intent,
You'll get traffic, but your conversion ratio will decrease.

Focus on strategy & your brand positioning.

HOW MUCH WE'VE EVOLVED in just 1000 days.😵‍💫

I want to meet those folks who said that  “AI will extinct SEO in 2026”

They never really build/grow a business organically. 
(or maybe they’re planning to sell their AI courses?)
