The Power of Sahaja Yoga , Finding Your Way Back to Yourself 🧘‍♀️

Years ago, I wasn’t searching for spirituality.
I was simply searching for myself - unconsciously I was following the scriptures/Vedas - they all say know thyself

Life was full ,roles, responsibilities, expectations ,yet somewhere between doing and achieving, a quiet disconnect had crept in. Sahaja Yoga didn’t change my life overnight. It did something far more powerful.

It brought me back to my own self.

Through Sahaja Yoga, I experienced what it truly means to pause, to feel inner silence, and to connect with a space within that is calm, aware, and deeply grounded. That inner connection changed how I think, decide, lead, and live.

And that is why, whenever I get an opportunity to interact with school and college students, I say yes ,wholeheartedly.

Because today’s students are brilliant, capable, and ambitious…
but also overwhelmed, distracted, and under constant pressure to become someone.

In these sessions, I don’t teach them to escape life.
I invite them to meet themselves and connect with their power - kundalini shakti.

To understand that:
	•	Clarity comes from inner silence
	•	Confidence comes from self-awareness
	•	Balance comes from within, not from validation
	•	And peace is not something you earn ,it’s something you create within.

Watching young minds experience that moment of stillness, curiosity, and self-realization reminds me why this work matters.

This is not just meditation.
This is a homecoming.

And I will always look forward to opportunities that allow me to share this simple yet profound power of turning inward, grounding oneself, and growing from the inside out.
