Here's what 16 years coaching people in career transitions taught me:
Some jobs are meant to be launchpads—not landing spots.

Staying too long doesn't make you dedicated.
It makes you a smaller version of who you're becoming.

I've seen brilliant people stay 5+ years in roles that stopped challenging them after year 2.
Not because the job was great.

In my first month working with a client....

After 16 years in hiring, here's what I've learned:
You don't lack clarity. 

You lack permission to trust what you already see.
You know which conversations drain you. 
You know which work lights you up.
You know what you're capable of.

You're just waiting for someone to tell you it's okay to want it.
Clarity Before Courage.

Not "figure it all out, then move."
But: "Get honest about where you are, then move." 😊 

Here's the shift you need:
STOP ASKING: 
What job should I take?
 What if I'm wrong?
 What if I waste more time?

START ASKING: 
What am I tolerating that I shouldn't?
 What would I do if I couldn't fail?
What fits who I've BECOME, not who I was?

The professionals I work with don't transform because they got all the answers.
They transform because they stopped pretending the questions didn't matter.

Clarity isn't a lightning bolt.
It's choosing to stop lying to yourself about what you already know.
