My achievements include leading the implementation and development team to deliver the first Financial Instant Issuance in Latin America for retail banking, which increased the company’s value in the market. I also led the design and implementation of an innovative solution that delivered end-to-end Instant Issuance for a major payment network in association with two major big EMV card producers, securing the company two 5-year contracts and a gross income of USD 2.000.000/project during the contracts.
Furthermore, I led the design and implementation of various identification issuance projects, which positioned the company as a major solution player and not just a technology reseller. I also created a service delivery team to attend to the increasing demand for solutions implementation and support required which require the attention of software and hardware professionals, this incremented the response speed to our clients by more than 50%. Additionally, I supported software and hardware-wise peering with the hardware tech support team the biggest EMV perso bureau in the country, helping them maintain their operation to attend a market share greater than 70% on Financial centralized issuance in Colombia.
