Coordinated all aspects of an NIH/NCCAM funded R21 grant entitled Patient & Provider Perspectives on Homeopathic Treatment (AT-001319).  Administrative responsibilities included recruitment, screening, enrolment, and scheduling of research subjects, budget management, and annual report preparation.  Research responsibilities included conducting qualitative interviews with 40 homeopaths and 40 patients about the process of transformation and healing from a chronic illness and assisting in the data analysis and theory development.

Research Specialist Senior, Program in Integrative Medicine

Performed general administrative functions for the Research Division including managing the Director’s calendar, assisting in federal and non-federal grants preparation, performing qualitative data analysis, and coordinating the logistics of the PIM Fellows Research Education program.  Provided administrative support to four staff members including coordinating purchasing and other generic administrative duties (i.e. copying, answering the telephones, answering department email inquiries, filing, typing, etc.).

Conducted mid-semester focus groups for faculty interested in direct student feedback about their teaching in a particular course.  The students responded to two questions: "What are the strengths of this class?' and "What suggestions do you have for improvement?"  Compiled the results into confidential, follow-up letter and report to faculty member and conducted follow-up discussions with faculty regarding student feedback and teaching improvement possibilities.

Focus Group Facilitator, Assessment & Enrollment Research

The Teaching Teams Program is a grant funded program that works with faculty to integrate technology and collaborative learning into general education courses using undergraduates currently enrolled in the course (preceptors).  Responsible for organizing training programs for 300 undergraduate preceptors, 30 faculty, and 12 graduate teaching assistants.  Coordinated full day of training at beginning of each semester, half-day at mid-semester, and end of semester showcase, Food for Thought.  Member of Coordinating Council.

Graduate Coordinator for Training, Teaching Teams Program

Residence hall director responsible for the overall operation of apartment complex housing 160 students.  Responsibilities included: serving as counsellor, disciplinarian and administrator; selecting, training and supervising four resident assistants; serving as liaison between residence hall staff and residence life maintenance personnel; coordinating residence hall programming effort; participating in residential life committees and special events.

College and University Work/Life Association (CUWFA), Tucson, AZ

Coordinated local site arrangements for Balancing Personal and Professional Lives: A Focus on Women Faculty, a national conference co-sponsored by CUWFA and Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.  Worked with University Marriott to coordinate menus, room set-up, audio-visual equipment, and registration services.  Managed conference budget, coordinated travel and payment for workshop and keynote presenters, and served as liaison between CUWFA board members, Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, and University Marriott.

Developed, coordinated and administered comprehensive academic support services program that included peer tutoring in content courses, learning assistance laboratories (math, writing, science, and accounting), academic counselling, placement testing, and academic skills development.  Collaborated with individuals teaching developmental courses, coordinating services for students with disabilities, and planning new student orientation.

¤	Fiscal management of three distinct funding sources (federal, state & local totalling $500,000), which included budgeting, monitoring purchasing, ensuring salary equity and conducting long range fiscal planning associated with program development.  

¤	Supervision of six full-time educators and numerous student staff.  Direct responsibility for recruiting, selecting, training and evaluating professional staff.  

¤	Coordination and implementation of retention strategy for that included conducting research on student persistence, evaluating range and quality of academic support services available to students, and soliciting and implementing changes based on results.  

¤	Development and management of federal and state competitive and non-competitive grants to ensure continued funding and expansion of academic support services.  Collected and evaluated data for use in reports required of each funding source.  Grants included Student Support Services (SSS) - federal TRIO program and Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act (VATEA) formula and competitive funds.

¤	Authored and awarded 2 competitive grants
	Student Support Services (SSS) renewal, a federal TRIO program.  Secured $800,000 over 4 years.
	New Ventures Initiative, a comprehensive job readiness program for women funded by state VATEA gender equity funds. Secured approximately $60,000 in outcome-based funding.

Coordinated and evaluated resident assistant selection and training, housing assignment and selection process, damage inspection, billing and inquiry, campus-wide initiative to address gender issues, sexuality program series and Greek Council leadership training and pledging.  Assisted in coordination of new student orientation.

Once an ambitious, left-brained PhD student and rising higher ed administrator, a rollover car accident cracked open my being, allowing psychic, intuitive, and energy-healing gifts to be revealed.

After the accident, I turned to Deborra, a psychic channel, herbalist, and healer to help me integrate and embody these newly awakened gifts. While I learned from many gifted healers and psychics, she was my main mystic mentor for over a decade.

Now an intuitive coach, psychic channel, shaman-inspired healer, author, and speaker, I have guided more than 1,500 clients over 18 years as they refine their life and business to align with their soul. 

Having devoted my life to recovery from codependency, living in alignment with the cycles of nature, and embodying ancient yogic teachings, I walk the mystic’s path. 

I especially enjoy helping highly sensitive, empathic women leave people-pleasing behind and put themselves at the center of their life, relationships, business, and/or career.
