- Led the international cross-functional team of 25 to ensure adherence to KPIs and to achieve specific targets to deadlines
- Collaborated with key stakeholders such as the United Nations, the Council of Europe, and LexisNexis on creating customised marketing campaigns including networking and academic events, specific target audiences, KPIs, and end-to-end analytics
- Created an integrated, multi-channel marketing campaign, including social media content, live casts, online events and event pages that increased conversions by more than %200 
- Redesigned the events experience for the virtual environment as a result of the pandemic by introducing online projects, and incorporating engagement tools, presentation platforms and landing pages which advanced the use of digital tools by 100% in comparison to the year before

I've always had a robust creative nature, from winning painting competitions to opening my own photography exhibition 👩🏼‍🎨 My journey into a creative profession, however, did not follow the typical script…
