Myyntiviikko takana – Ulkona kylmä, kauppa KUUMA! Omaa pohdintaa ja brutaalin rehellinen muistutus perusasioista.

Tamperelaisena opin jo pienenä:

“Lapa jäähän, nimi lehteen.” Myynnissä tämä tarkoittaa yhtä asiaa: tee työ, EI selityksiä! 

Tapaan paljon erityylisiä organisaatioita, näen saman kivun toistuvan liian usein: 95-98 % yrityksistä kärsii siitä, että hankkeita on liian vähän. 

Jos hankkeita EI ole, syy EI löydy strategiasta, tuotteesta tai puhumattakaan markkinasta — vaan tekemättömyydestä! Myynnissä määrää ei korvaa mikään. USA:ssa sanotaan osuvasti:

“Myynnin ainoat KPI tehtävät: 1) Buukata tapaamisia, 2) Ajaa tapaamisia…

Siksi oma tekemiseni on mahd selkeää, yksinkertaista ja tehokasta:

Myynti ei ole mystiikkaa — se on rytmiä, toistoa ja kykyä tarttua ”luuriin” silloinkin, kun ulkona on kylmä ja tyyny on hunosti.

Muutama sananen myynnin "hunting‑prosessista",

95 % yrityksistä ei omaa selkeää, toistettavaa ja skaalautuvaa hunting‑prosessia! Ilman systemaattista uusasiakashankintaa yritys menettää keskimäärin 20–40 % potentiaalisesta vuosikasvustaan ja maksaa siitä TODELLA KOVAN hinnan (korkoa korolle toimii myöskin tässä). 

Voittava hunting‑prosessi tuo AINA jatkuvan virran uusia keskusteluja, tapaamisia ja kauppoja — viikoittain, ei sattumalta. Kun ICP on kirkas, rytmi selkeä, kontaktistrategia monikanavainen ja mittarit ohjaavat tekemistä, ROI on yleensä nopea: useimmissa organisaatioissa 2–6 kuukaudessa syntyy 5–20 uutta asiakkuutta, jotka maksavat prosessin takaisin moninkertaisesti :)

Kun tämä puuttuu/ontuu, omistaja maksaa siitä joka päivä: hukattuna myyntiaikana, menetettyinä liideinä ja kasvuna, joka olisi ollut täysin saavutettavissa. Usein menetykset ovat EUR - mittareilla isoja.

I have always been ambitious and competitive. My career has taken me through numerous different professions and industries to where I now feel I belong: the IT industry. In my spare time, I have been competing in sports and fulfilling my childhood dream professions by traveling a lot.

During my career, I have learned a lot especially about (internal) communication, service development, managerial work, sales, productization, employee experience, M365 applications (especially SharePoint) and development of working methods.
