Kasvu ja myynti – yrittäjän ikuiset kulmakivet 

Olen kohta ollut päätoimisena yrittäjänä 6 vuotta ja sivutoimisena noin 20 vuotta. Maailma on muuttunut valtavasti tänä aikana – digitalisaatio, uudet liiketoimintamallit ja globaalit haasteet – mutta yksi asia ei ole koskaan menettänyt merkitystään: myynti. Tarkemmin sanottuna hyötymyynti!

Ilman myyntiä ei ole kassavirtaa, eikä käyttökatetta. Ja ilman näitä on lähes mahdotonta tehdä kasvua. Harva sijoittaja lähtee mukaan yhtiöön, jossa ei ole edes näkymää toimivasta myynnistä. Liian moni yritys ajautuu vaikeuksiin, koska myynti ei toimi!

Myynti on ollut urani punainen lanka – olen rakentanut tiimejä, kehittänyt prosesseja ja sparrannut satoja myyjiä ja yrittäjiä. Tiedän, että kun myynti toimii, kaikki muu on helpompaa!

Muistakaa: Myynti ei ole pelkkää kaupan klousaamista – se on asiakkaan auttamista, arvoa ja luottamusta. Kun tämä onnistuu, kasvu seuraa!

📊 Tänään SME Etelän myyntitiimin kuukausikokouksessa opittiin taas uutta. 

Jussi Mäkinen tuli sparrailemaan meidän kanssa. Jussi tekee loistavaa duunia datatuotteiden kanssa ja auttaa myyntiä rakentamaan DNA:n asiakkaille entistä parempia verkkoyhteyksiä. 

Lisäksi jatkoimme kuukausittaista ryhmätyöperinnettämme. Tänään pureuduimme strategiaan ja siihen, miten päivitetty strategia näkyy myyjän työssä.

I started importing flatscreen televisions from Austria with Gericom brand to the Finnish market. Most of the sales was handled through retail channels. I had to organize marketing, logistic, distribution channels ect. It was interesting job and I learned a lot how to run business from the scratch. I eventually sold the business to another company in Helsinki area.

As a System Coordinator of Epec, my responsibility was the whole ICT infrastructure from desktops to servers and networks. I maintained and developed both sites of the company (Seinäjoki and Kajaani) by myself for several years.
