• Direct accountability for the prepaid device P&L of $70m+ revenue

Managing daily operations of the online store to agreed policy and procedure as set out by the business, including management of customer service and dispatch teams, payment gateways, order fulfilment systems and maintaining store security.

Maintenance of the website, payment gateway systems and customer service offering using various programs including Hybris, CRM, eWAY, PayPal, ReD Anti Fraud Software, BazaarVoice and SAP.
