версія: рекрутер

1. Надіслати офер на пошту і ніяк не прокоментувати

2. Ігнорувати той факт, що офер на меншу суму, ніж хотів кандидат, чекати відповідь

3. Бути в шоці, бо у кандидата є ще якісь пропозиції. Відкликати офер, бо фахівець нелояльний

4. Сказати «офер скоро буде» і зникнути на два тижні

5. Шеймити кандидата за сумніви (хай скаже спасибі, що йому взагалі приділили увагу)

Онбординг дно. Звільняємося?

Кандидатка поділилася своїм кар’єрним кейсом (публікую за згоди)

Вона доєдналась до нової невеликої команди після великого ентерпрайза. Під капотом: онбординг ні про що, кинули у воду — розбирайся сам, хаос у процесах, кожен день зміни та апдейти, розмита відповідальність через реструктуризацію, некомпетентність окремих спеціалістів…

Але ні, вона не пішла;)

Її дійсно зацікавив продукт (технічно складний + секʼюріті домен), клієнти зі списку Fortune 500. А ще перспективи дійсно були: компанія залучала інвестиції і продовжувала активно розвиватись, адекватний С-level. І, звісно, тримала віра у власні сили ;)

Що вийшло з цього досвіду:
  > величезний внесок у налагодження процесів та побудову структури окупився —  компанія значно виросла
  > особистий ріст з Product Manager у Head of Product та VP of R&D + Program Manager за п’ять років
  > прокачка скілів

Така «скеляста» подорож тривалістю у п’ять років, того вартувала, адже спеціалістка прокачалась і виросла 🙌 

Як на мене, це класний кейс про час на адаптацію. Інколи не варто робити поспішних висновків чи ідеального місця з першого дня, треба його створювати власноруч. Особливо, якщо мова про стартап-культуру.
