After having developed a process of personal development and self-knowledge, I was able to see many of the mistakes I made in the past. I thought of ways to help others transcend the problems I had and lead a more conscious and purposeful life.

As main tasks, I must lead and outline the strategic vision of the company's technology, aligned with the general objectives of the business. Generate and identify technological opportunities and challenges, and evaluate their feasibility and impact on the business. I direct the planning and execution of technological projects, ensuring delivery within the established budget.
I supervise and manage technical resources, including development teams, technological infrastructure and external providers. I evaluate and select the right technologies and tools to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency. I supervise compliance with best software development practices in all projects.

Lastly, and aligned with the product that it develops and the service that the company provides, the culture of innovation and collaboration within the technology team will be fostered, promoting a positive work environment and continuous learning.
This project condenses my technical experience with this process of personal development and has the mission of helping companies and their people to go through a process of self-knowledge and personal and organizational development.
