As a founder of 3 companies and 1 non-profit, with 2 successful exits, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to grow a business.

I am actually a Manager at OnCity, a leading company in the home appliances and entertainment industry. With more than 14 years of experience in this role, I assist my team in achieving their goals and providing excellent customer service. I hold a Leader of Learning certification from edX, where I learned about best practices for facilitating learning,  personal development and a Green Digital Skills certification From LinkedIn and Inco Academy on sustainability on green skills, AI and carbon accounting. Finally I hold a Step Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

My why  is to help others achieve their natural best, so we can live in and leave behind a better world. I am optimist, a discomfort seeker looking to be an Imperfectionist, and a dedicated lifelong learner. I am married and a father of two children, with whom I share infinite love. I also enjoy reading, traveling, and practicing sports. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
