IS-CL (International Startup Community Leaders) started as an international summit for startup communities. We understood there is a need to understand better how to build a startup ecosystem and empower and train community managers. 

Up to date, there were 3 summits in 2018, 2019, 2020. the first two were in Israel, the last one was hybrid (online + access to physical gathering in WeWorks spaces globally)

I joined as a consultant to help save the company from bankruptcy. 

We managed in less than four months to do a turnaround. We updated the business plan and focus, changed the compensation model of the employees, and created new partnerships to create new revenue streams. 

After three months, I joined officially as CBO and Partner.
