Flow is a B2B2C SaaS technology e-commerce startup that helps brands build their cross-border business. E-commerce managers have a laundry list of complexities to solve before accessing the global market such as site pricing localization, tax and duty calculation, local payment methods, customs harmonization, duty payment options in checkout, compliance management, etc. Our end to end API solutions makes crossborder seamless for merchants, opening up 200+ countries.  Flow’s SaaS product backend is built on a scalable REST API/microservice architecture. 

Founded in August 2015, Flow is backed by NEA, Bain Capital Ventures, Amex Ventures, and Latitude. Flow was acquired by Global-E (NASDAQ: GLBE) in 2022.

I joined Flow back when it was a Series A startup, and led multiple initiatives and product teams over the last 3 years to accelerate its trajectory towards the acquisition by Global-E and partnership with Shopify to power its cross-border solution for 1.75M merchants. I was rapidly promoted from associate product manager to product manager to senior product manager.

Built out early-stage business operations as the only cross-functional business analyst, working directly with the CEO and each commercial team VP. Achievements include:  

- Created fundraising pitch deck and investor model, leading to $37M Series B fundraise from NEA

- Drove sales strategy to target the $38B TAM e-commerce enterprise market through market sizing and competitive landscape analysis 

- Created business case and cross-border growth strategy proposal, which led to Flow’s first $100M enterprise deal
