I led Product at First Circle a Series A fintech based in South East Asia where we built a profitable emerging market small and medium business (SMB) loan portfolio using a continuously improving system for setting personalised credit limits and pricing. 

• Launched the first non-collateralised digital amortised loan product in South East Asia with total lending > $100m
• Built a continuously improving propriety system for setting personalised credit limits and pricing and incentivising data uploads to the platform
• Shipped internal operations tooling to digitise data, process applications, approve/reject and issue loan offers
• Hired and structured teams across Product (3 PMs), Design (2 Designers and a Head of Design) and Research (1 Researcher)
• Drove research which later informed additional loan products (Credit Line) and ancillary services (Govt Project database)
