I've spent my career at that crossroads. Launched CRM systems when they were still new. Ran a 17-year agency for global CPG brands. Built communities of marketing ops professionals who were trying to scale without losing their minds. Every role taught me the same truth: marketing gets better when you build systems that surface the right signals, not just more data.

That's what Operational Intelligence™ is. It's the category I'm building—the missing layer between strategy and execution. The practice of developing superior filters instead of processing more information. Of making decisions that keep teams aligned without constant realignment. Of scaling through structure, guided by data, grounded in judgment.

Today I split my time as CMO at MarketingOps.com and VP of MarTech at LooseGrip. Different companies, same mission: shaping OI into the operating system modern marketing leaders actually need.

I work with leaders navigating real complexity. CMOs balancing growth and efficiency. Ops executives drowning in tech sprawl. RevOps leaders trying to align the whole picture without becoming the bottleneck. People who know their current approach isn't sustainable but aren't sure what comes next.
