Texas Children's Hospital

𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: Established strategy and led team focused on recruitment and on boarding of talent for the not-for-profit TC Hospitals, Clinics and Health plan. Included initially establishing strong business partnerships, prioritization, improvement of processes and improved team culture, just prior to COVID-19.

- Improved team engagement by development of an honest feedback, learning and collaborative culture. Resulted in reduction of team attrition from 20% to 0%.

𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: Developed a new HR and talent strategy and led collaborative team to improve and accelerate the globalization of our business. Included successful initiatives on culture shift, establishing internal communications, improved talent management programs and developing a recognition culture.

𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬: Created and led new HR/Talent strategy for 5000 global population based in USA, UK, France, India & China, with a revenue of over $1B. Reported to Business President and led a global team of 50 HR Business Partners and Talent Specialists.

𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: Designed, built and led collaborative talent management team for an Independent O&G operator in strategic transformation. Successful initiatives included a culture shift, creation of leadership development program, establishing HR communications, creation of a D&I strategy and design and implementation of a new performance management program.

𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬: Director of Talent management for ~2500 global employees with company market cap of 11B$. Reported to VP of HR and led team of 20 HR Business Partners and Talent Specialists.

- Designed and led company culture transformation to define vision, values and leadership behaviors needed to achieve our new strategy. Launched communication campaign, updated performance management and training, resulting in receiving Marathon Oil award from CEO in 2017.
- Created and launched leadership development program using 70:20:10 approach, designed 4 leadership curriculums and facilitated 15 ILT courses rated excellent with average NPS of 59+.
- Facilitated diversity & inclusion strategy including 5+ recruitment outreach partners, elevating diversity awareness with analytics and enabling inclusive leadership development training. Increased minority talent by 30% from 2014 to 2017.
