Being a part of the Learning and Development team at Fujitsu, I am involved in Training delivery and Instructional Design (ID) . I work on developing new modules as well as revamping the existing content. This gives me great exposure to the entire A.D.D.I.E cycle.

A part of my role is to take care of the Induction Program for new hires throughout the organization, across all the locations in India.
