The Human Catalyst: Why Techarena Day 2 Proved Tech is Nothing Without Talent 🚀

Day 2 at The TECHARENA: Much like the opening day, the real energy wasn't just in the demos, but in the inspiring dialogues and the power of human connection. 🤝

To channel the spirit of Zlatan Ibrahimović:
"AI is good, but it is the human who creates real value on the playing field." ⚽️

Even with a heavy presence of AI founders (me included), the focus remained on the people behind the tech. I am reminded that while AI optimizes the process, it is human relationships that drive the final result.

I had the privilege of connecting with a brilliant group of innovators and leaders, investors, including Mirko van Vliet, Fredrik Said, Benjamin Wochner, Dennis Landfors (fka Norman), Kalle Everheim, jari heinonen, and Tomas Bennich, to name a few. 💡

Some highlights from the floor:

Strategic Synergy: Had a fantastic exchange with Moa Rudsäter, who is shaping the fearless tech developers of tomorrow 👩. We’ve set up a classic Win-Win: leadership training in cybersecurity in exchange for feedback.

The "Pitch" of a Lifetime: Hannu Hamari: challenge accepted. I’m ready for the ice-hole pitch in Finland! ❄️

AI for the Public Sector: A very interesting "AI On-Premise" solution from Yasaar Biladama. This has massive potential for the public sector, where the leap to the cloud can often feel too large due to procurement and security constraints. 🏛️

Old Friends, New Paths: Great to reconnect with Rajib Talukder. It’s always rewarding when paths cross again, this time on the startup trail. 🛤️

A Creative Touch: Enjoyed meeting Mi Gerer and Sara-Ellen Picard, letting your zodiac sign guide your choice of film and partner is certainly a unique lens! 🌟🎬

And last but not least, a big thank you to my investors and partners, Vickie H. and Jason Hishmeh from Varyence.com, it's always so rewarding to spend time with you, whether it's in Kroatisen, Techarena or just dancing outside the castle i Stockholm. 🤩
