Currently, I’m working at D-Mart as a Department Manager Trainee (DMT), where I handle core responsibilities in store operations, inventory management, team coordination, and customer service. This role is shaping my understanding of how large-scale retail businesses operate on the ground.

Lead Generation: Spearheaded activation campaigns at malls, joggers parks, and public events, generating over 1,400+ qualified leads.
Customer Engagement: Engaged with potential customers through one-on-one interactions, providing product samples and explaining the benefits of A2 milk.
Market Research: Conducted competitor analysis to identify market trends and evaluate Provilac's positioning within the dairy industry.
Sales Strategy: Assisted in developing push and pull marketing strategies to increase customer awareness and drive product trials for Provilac’s A2 and premium milk offerings.
