The Hootsuite acquisition of Talkwalker brought about different changes, including:
- Being the only Europe-based member of a 10-person TA team spread across Canada.
- Learning a new ATS: Greenhouse
- Learning new processes, from role approval, job creation, job posting, interview scheduling/coordination, scorecards & evaluation methods, as well as offer approvals.

I worked on an international scale, collaborating with teams across the USA, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy, the UK, Singapore, India and Japan to ensure we found the absolute best people to join Talkwalker and to ensure consistent HR practices, policies, and procedures.
