As a part of the Global Recruitment Systems team, I am responsible for defining and executing the overall talent systems technology strategy for Experienced and Campus Recruitment. This is done in partnership with internal peers within Recruitment SME team, HRIT and HRSC, to ensure our systems (Taleo Recruitment, Taleo Onboarding, HireVue, Yello, Avature, Entelo, etc.) are set up to deliver process efficiencies, and the right level of controls to eliminate operational risk, while enabling current employees to navigate their career paths, and successfully attracting and onboarding external hires into Credit Suisse.

I manage talent systems landscape implementation projects starting with the RFPs, discovery, through to design, implementation, execution, as well as delivering hypercare, and being hands on when it comes to change management.  My BAU also encompasses large, or small configuration changes in support of changed processes and policies, enhanced capabilities, and reduction of operational risk, while providing support to end users to help resolve issues and foster system adoption.

I also liaise with system providers/vendors and HRIT services for escalation of critical issues and required updates. As a systems subject matter expert I also deliver ongoing training and feedback sessions, whilst identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization of both processes, as well as integrations. I am also responsible for maintaining end user documentation and guides to foster appropriate use of systems and avoid operational incidents.

As a global system specialist for two areas, recruiting as well as learning, I am responsible for two parallel systems. I work on optimizations of the system functionalities, as well as design of processes, and ensuring that the modules are fully operational. My work includes playing and active role in the design, piloting, as well as roll out of standardized projects like the global recruiting, and onboarding project, etc.

I have worked both on implementation of an LMS, as well as the reporting functionality OBI. Daily activities include running workshops, analyzing client requirements, redesign of interface changes, recommending future state process and designing the configuration solution. I have consulted on functional design, process design, enhancements, system, as well as process optimization. I am also the trouble-shooter, liaison between various stake holders, the escalation point, and functional specialist for a global LMS and recruitment system, in an international organization. Additionally as a Privacy Officer responsible for People Services within the GBS organization, my role is to ensure compliance with the Privacy Legislation, and data gathering with each roll out of a global HR system. My expertise revolves around the implementation of a learning management system, as well as design of the supporting processes in a learning organization. Activities include running workshops, analysing client requirements, recommending future state process and designing the configuration solution. Creation and design of system workarounds that technologically and functionally support the learning process, and analytics, as well as reporting.
I have consulted on functional design, process design, enhancement, and system, as well as process optimization. Other daily activities include playing an active role in rolling out the HR support model, conducting training sessions, making a valuable contribution in building a knowledge base (training materials, best-practices, sharing and enriching the methodology and support materials). I am also the trouble-shooter, liaison between various stake holders, the escalation point, and functional specialist for a global LMS in an international organization. Procedural recommendations on redesign of compliance trainings management system, technical design of compliance privacy training, as well as redesign of global AkzoNobel dawn raid network – coordinating and instructing teams on working towards common goals.
Tracking progress of targets. 
Reporting internally and externally on key metrics, handling multiple ad hoc
requests simultaneously (from various parties) – aiding in solving technical issues with new software. Building and cultivating relationships with business unit compliance officers community.

Compliance Digitalization Projects Manager

Coordinated putting together the OrgMap of the associates (all AkzoNobel Employees), from the first draft to the final product. using the template supplied by external research company Gallup;
Liaised with the Gallup OrgMap Specialists to resolve issues such as duplicate associate names, managers not appearing as associates, vacancies, missing data etc.
Liaised with BU HR contacts (ViewPoint Champions, 22 BUs worldwide) to get input into OrgMap and resolve issues, in order to ensure accurate and complete data delivery;
Coordinated checking of the rollup structure (with help of ViewPoint Champions). Ensured signing off the entire structure in order to ensure that correct reporting lines have been followed;
Provided context to ViewPoint Champions, managers, senior management and directors regarding the content of scorecards, structural details, report confidentiality and threshold issues. Also provided assistance in setting up and maintaining access for Gallup Online Users;  
Advised on requests of special reports, both operationally and within content. Provided solutions regarding data matching ViewPoint 2010 and 2011.
Focal point for Gallup Data Specialists and ViewPoint Champions worldwide. Troubleshooting & Problem solving incidents and issues; provided adequate and effective solutions.
Accomplishments during this project: completing the OrgMap methodologically, with discipline and conscientiousness. Encouraged accuracy of data gathering, by problem solving roll-out and explaining and advising about the consequences of faulty data. Encouraged engagement and better work relationships between parties to get better results.

ViewPoint – Employee Engagement Coordinator

OneView Load File IT support. Advised on problem solving to ensure correct data loads into OneHub and SAP-HCM; Coordinated accurate data delivery between all BUs.
Communicated problem solutions, changes and deadlines to the Load File administrators;
Liaised between LFAs and Load File accountable (Senior Management), ensured timeliness of data delivery, cascaded technical issues (OneHub and SAP-HCM) to 3rd parties, ensured timeliness with resolving these issues;
Corrected data in SAP-HCM (employee information), communicated changes, arranged calls and meetings when needed; Created training material, “OneView News Letter” input;
Accomplishments during this project: I ensured that all the parties involved resolved the issues that arose, either technical or informational. Made sure that I adapted well to a beta-oriented work environment, and perform high standard work. I was dedicated to creating good work relationships with the LFAs to transfer to them a sense of diligence within data registration and delivery, in order to improve the quality of the data loaded into SAP-HCM.

OneView – AHR-IT Projects Officer

Liaising between HR departments within BUs in order to ensure that matching of the OneView and AHRIS data is done adequately.
Performed data corrections in SAP-HCM, SAP-BI and AHRIS.
