School 21 offers a world-class curriculum empowering the next leading generation of tech talents in 3 cities in Russia (Moscow, Kazan, Novosibirsk).
Founded in Russia in 2018, tuition-free School 21 now boasts a community of 5000+ students, 1800+ of them are successful IT specialists working for Sberbank and for more than 400 companies such as Yandex, Kaspersky, Ozon, Avito, Google, GlowByte etc. Also, in 2021 we had our first alumni working as middle- and senior-developers in leading IT companies.

Responsibilities and notable achievements:
• Strategic partner to the School team, reported to the CEO.
• Strategic partner to our main investor Sberbank in the area of hiring students from School 21. In 2020 and 2021, there was research at School 21 backed by Ipsos (www.ipsos.com/) in which we studied the perception of HR Brand of Sberbank among our students, based on which steadily the hiring process of interns from School 21 to Sberbank was relaunched, the HR team was redesigned and as the result the average number of hired interns increased from 100 up to 500 per year.
• Recruited the right people and enhanced talent in them to ensure the right people and right capabilities are developed, managed a partnerships team of one Manager and two Specialists.
• Career services for community who are going to start their career in IT  in a frame of peer-to-peer educational model (2500+ peers).
• Partnered with other companies on a non-profit basis.
• Managed various offline and online career events (90+ per year).
• Product development of a career track for School’s own platform that was presented in November 2022.
• Public-speaking at webinars and conferences.
• Designed databases and reports and also participated in creating the required metrics that will be collected by the School.

• Worked simultaneously with several Tech departments such as Search and Recommendations, С2С IT Department, Tech platform, its headcount was about 400 employees.
• Responsible for transparent recruitment delivery of the end-to-end recruitment cycle mainly for Golang, C++, Python, PHP Engineers and Managerial tech roles, 10-15 vacancies simultaneously;
• Provided HR BP services for Tech Managers such as retention, performance management, development of teams, conducted exit interviews etc.
• Reported to the Head of Product and Tech recruitment.
• Led and developed a team of one Researcher who was promoted up to Recruiter.
• Provided external marketplace information to stakeholders, for example,the CIS market research of Go developers was made. As a result one Senior Go Developer was hired to the company and relocated from Belarus to Moscow. Also, hiring managers were persuaded to work on an internship program for Go developers.
• Established and tested innovative sourcing tools to attract top talent candidates, also working on strengthening the selection process.
• Shared HR expertise and participated at four internal recruitment trainings for hiring managers and engineers and several HR brand events.
• Shared HR market expertise with C&B colleagues in order to actualize salary ranges and the list of benefits to stay competitive and plan next year's salary budget for the IT roles.

• Responsible for recruitment delivery of the end-to-end recruitment cycle mainly for IT & Analysts positions for Digital, CRM, Risks & other departments; selection and hiring to meet the recruiting demand based on the recruiting plan, 40-60 vacancies simultaneously.
• Reported to the Head of Recruitment and Personnel Assessment.
• Led and developed a team of one Specialist and one Assistant.
• Made internship programs for students in analytics in accordance with business needs: organized 4 assessments and  recruited around 30 students that later were converted to regular positions of specialists.
• Participated in the process of implementing the Kanban Method for IT recruitment and elements of the Requisite Organization approach in order to hire the most appropriate candidates.
• Ensured reasonable relationship management with external recruitment agencies, as the result only two Department Head positions were closed by their help.
• Provided external marketplace information to stakeholders.
• Identified key gaps in the recruiting process for designating business departments and generating appropriate solutions.
