I have a Masters in Executive Coaching & Consulting and a heart for helping others reach their potential. I spent thirteen years in the classroom as a high school speech and debate coach, molding young leaders into confident world changers. My method of running a nationally recognized program was simple. Not because mindset is fluffy — but because it’s foundational.

You cannot build clarity, trust, or accountability on top of exhaustion, fear, or cynicism and expect it to hold.

So yes… mindset is lesson one.
