In the current regional situation, I’ve received a few messages asking if we are safe in #Kuwait.

I truly appreciate the concern.

What I’ve experienced here so far is calm.
Life is moving. People are going to work. Shops are open.

There’s a quiet sense of steadiness.

May Allah protect Kuwait and everyone in the region.

Hoping for safety and ease for all.

Three days ago, I shared a short post about staying calm during the current regional tension.

Later that day, a founder sent me a message.

He asked something simple.
“What should leaders post during times like this? Should they even post or stay quiet?”

It’s a fair question.

Because posting the wrong thing can feel worse than saying nothing.

And saying nothing can make it look like you’re not paying attention.

After working with more than 20 founders and senior leaders in the Middle East, I’ve noticed something else.

Too much “personal branding” can quietly damage trust.

Not because you’re doing something wrong.

But because most personal branding advice was written for a different kind of audience.

And a different region.

In many places, attention builds authority.
But in the Middle East, credibility usually comes first.

So when leaders follow the usual playbook —
more posts
more visibility
more personal stories
something starts to feel… off.

Not loud.

Just slightly misaligned.

You don’t want to look like a LinkedIn creator.
You want to look like a serious leader.

This Women’s Day served as a reminder that building a business alone does not mean growing alone. Every woman who embarks on her own journey carries a story of courage, doubt, learning, and persistence.

At Bloom-World, we had the privilege of gathering a group of inspiring women solopreneurs for a meaningful session on the Smart Business Toolkit, led by Bloom-World Co-Founder Abhijit Sanzgiri  Sir and beautifully hosted by Dr. Deepak R Khemani Sir.

When power falls, our humanity is tested.

A few days ago, the news of a powerful public figure being assassinated has sent shockwaves across many countries.

Catastrophic events like this bring strong emotions grief, anger, relief, confusion and it is important to pause before reacting.

At the center of every headline is a human life.

There is a family, personal history, relationships, and years of influence that shaped the lives of many people.

Regardless of opinions about policies or decisions, violence leaves deep marks on society.

Moments like this reveal both healthy and unhealthy sides of us as individuals and as communities.

Healthy Responses:

Choosing empathy, even when we disagree.

Recognizing that violence creates more pain than solutions.

Reflecting on how power and responsibility affect real people.

Encouraging dialogue instead of division.

Unhealthy Responses:

Celebrating the loss of life.

Using tragedy to spread hate or deepen conflict.

Ignoring the human impact behind political narratives.

Allowing anger to replace compassion.

It is possible to hold complex thoughts at the same time.

We can question decisions and still respect human dignity.

We can hope for change while rejecting violence as a path forward.

In times of tension, our shared humanity should remain stronger than our differences.

History will debate actions. Humanity must protect dignity.

May we respond to difficult moments not with louder voices, along with deeper understanding.

True strength is not shown in how we win arguments, but in how we protect human dignity during conflict.

Empathy can guide our words and actions, especially when emotions are high.

Empathy is louder than anger.

Building a business is easy.
Building one with substance is rare.

As an entrepreneur, when I sit quietly and reflect on business efficiency, my thoughts always return to two simple words ie. quality and service.

If the product or service is weak, no marketing, no funding, and no scaling strategy can truly save the business.

Quality remains when the noise fades.
Service is how the customer feels while experiencing that quality.

They are two sides of the same coin.

Then comes credibility.
Trust is not built by big promises. It is built slowly,by doing what we say, again and again.

Customers may try us once out of curiosity, but they stay only if they believe in us.

I often question myself about relevance.

Am I still solving a real problem?

Is my offering backed by research, data, and changing customer needs?

Markets evolve. So must we.
Method also matters.
Clear processes.
Simple systems.
Ability to delegate.

If everything depends on me, the business cannot grow and I cannot breathe.

Positioning is another silent struggle.
Where do I stand in the customer’s mind?

Being known for something specific feels stronger than trying to be everything to everyone.

At the core of everything is purpose.
When the “why” is clear, the “how” becomes stronger and the “what” becomes meaningful.

I remind myself often that 
Business is service first; attract, acquire, serve, and create advocacy through genuine appreciation.

Profit follows service, not the other way around.

Capital can be challenging.
But planning is the real game changer.

Structure brings stability.
Clarity brings confidence.

And the real question I keep asking myself is that 
Am I building a business that only survives?

Or one that truly shapes, leads, and creates value while staying fair to myself and my customer?

Legends never leave us, they live on through the lives they touched.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of ABUNDANT HARISH MEHTA COACH Sir, I am still processing this loss.

Harish Sir was a true legend, known for his powerful voice, honest feedback, and unwavering values.

He was a mentor who served the speaking community selflessly and touched countless lives with his wisdom and kindness.

He was not just a long standing member of our association, but also a founding member of the PSAI-Professional Speakers Association India Mumbai Chapter.

He carried PSAI with immense pride and never hesitated to guide, support, and uplift the community for its growth.

For us at Bloom-World, he was family.
A pillar of strength.
A source of wisdom.
A constant inspiration.

Though death is inevitable, we believe the soul remains immortal. His words, his lessons, and his values will continue to guide us.

Our heartfelt prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
