I started sending 50,000 emails a day for a client this year

I thought I knew what I was doing

I've running cold email. Good reply rates. Solid deliverability. Clean systems

But 50k/day is a completely different animal

The first thing that broke wasn't the infrastructure

It was the copy

We had a winning angle. Strong open rate. Replies coming in. Everyone was happy.

Then week 3 hit - and it was like someone flipped a switch.

Another agency referred an ecom SaaS client to us.

Their reasoning? "We don't experience in ecom. You guys do."

That's a lot of trust to hand over. We had to deliver.

To be honest, the old website didn’t really need a redesign. But I came across a designer who understood what we actually do and could explain it far better through the site. That felt like a good opportunity to take.

 • A dynamic launch date timer
 • A clear visual breakdown of our delivery process
 • More social proof from our campaigns
