I am an off-the-chart ENFP, a challenger, an activator and an optimist.  I use my left- and right brain hemispheres simultaneously, always exploring routes to the full potential of my clients. I don’t just work for companies, I work for people. I prefer to work with frontrunners, who are the multipliers in organizations, also known as ‘Chiefs'.  I love crafting highly ambitious plans, supporting brave transformations and creating future-proof cultures with them. I build long-term relationships and follow my clients on their path of transformation. 

My approach is an intense cocktail of learning, experiencing, debating, deepening, speeding up, laughing and translating all into daily life. People leave my sessions energized and determined to start. 

I travel around Europe to work with a high variety of clients and always return to my favorite city Berlin, where I live with my wife and kids.

The quality of your attention shapes the quality of your decisions.

I learned this in my twenties, advising leaders in the European Parliament. I'd watch the smartest people in the room receive exactly the right advice, then struggle to act on it. Same pattern, again and again.

Until I understood: it wasn't a knowledge problem. It was a capacity problem.

So I spent the next decade studying what most leadership programs ignore: 15+ silent retreats, intensive work with secular Buddhist scholars, direct mentorship from the pioneers of boardroom coaching.

What I found: self-awareness isn't soft. It's the edge.

This is the paradox of my work. I help ambitious CEOs by slowing them down. Stillness isn't the opposite of performance. It's the source of it.

I work at the intersection of three things most advisors keep separate: inner work (seeing your own patterns), organizational systems (governance, strategy, culture), and peer wisdom (learning from others in the same seat).

Today, I create protected spaces where CEOs can surface what they haven't been able to see: through 1:1 advisory, organizational development mandates, or the Wise Leaders Fellowship, a CEO community that begins with silence.

30,000 of you are here. I've never properly told you why I am.
 
I'm an executive coach and advisor to founder CEOs.
 
But that sentence hides more than it reveals. So let me try again.
 
I sit with people who carry a lot of weight. CEOs running companies of hundreds, sometimes thousands of people. Leaders who are sharp, capable, successful by every external measure. And quietly stuck in a way they can't fully explain.
 
The ceiling they've hit isn't in the market. It isn't in the team. It's somewhere inside them. They can sense it, but they can't quite see it.
 
That's the thing about blind spots. If you could see them, they wouldn't be blind spots.
 
I came to this work through a strange door. I spent years advising in the European Parliament, watching brilliant leaders struggle. Not because they lacked good advice. Because they had too much of it and not enough space to act on what they already knew.
 
That gap fascinated me. Eventually it became my life's work.
 
My work rests on a simple conviction: the mind cannot see its own lens. Your unexamined patterns become your company's culture. Your avoided conversations become structural problems. No amount of frameworks or strategy offsites will fix what you can't see.
 
What you need is a mirror. That's what I am.
 
My approach is unconventional. I blend neuroscience with Buddhist philosophy. Academic rigor with silence. Actual silence. Because the most important shifts don't happen when I say something smart. They happen in the pause after a question that lands somewhere uncomfortable.
 
In practice, this takes three forms. 
• Deep one-on-one partnerships with CEOs, where I'm the one person in their life with no agenda other than helping them see clearly. 
• Organizational work with boards and leadership teams, making visible what everyone senses but nobody says. 
• And a growing community where CEOs come together, starting with a silent retreat, to have the honest conversations that aren't possible anywhere else in their lives.
 
But it's all the same work, really. Mirrors. Not the kind that tell you what you want to hear. The kind that show you what's actually there, with warmth and rigor.
 
The person with the fewest blind spots wins. I've watched this play out hundreds of times. Not the smartest leader. Not the hardest worker. The one willing to stay with what's real long enough to see clearly.
 
That's what I believe. That's why I'm here. And apparently, 30,000 of you believe something similar.

You can tell me how you're sleeping, how your energy feels, how you handle pressure.

But your biology tells a more honest story.

And the gap between the two is often where the most useful intervention begins.

Research on high performers consistently shows this gap. Leaders who rate their own resilience at 75 out of 100 regularly score below 50 when their biology is actually measured.

There's a phase of meditation practice that nobody warns you about.
