I am an off-the-chart ENFP, a challenger, an activator and an optimist.  I use my left- and right brain hemispheres simultaneously, always exploring routes to the full potential of my clients. I don’t just work for companies, I work for people. I prefer to work with frontrunners, who are the multipliers in organizations, also known as ‘Chiefs'.  I love crafting highly ambitious plans, supporting brave transformations and creating future-proof cultures with them. I build long-term relationships and follow my clients on their path of transformation. 

My approach is an intense cocktail of learning, experiencing, debating, deepening, speeding up, laughing and translating all into daily life. People leave my sessions energized and determined to start. 

I travel around Europe to work with a high variety of clients and always return to my favorite city Berlin, where I live with my wife and kids.

Main remits of my team are to generate and evaluate medical information and data on the value and safety of Xarelto worldwide, and to pass this information on to external healthcare contacts and experts around the globe, as well as to internal partners such as the sales and marketing teams. 
Task has become increasingly complex over the past few years. The number of players in the healthcare sector that decide on the availability of a product before and after approval is growing, and the demands on the extent and detail of clinical data are by no means restricted to product approval.
 In order to meet the new requirements, my team is intensifying its interaction with key thought leaders, e.g. by further strengthening the Medical Science Liaison organization. 
Another important topic for the team will be meeting the need for data on the practical efficacy of products already available on the market – the keyword here being "real life evidence”. We have several ongoing studies on Xarelto with large numbers of patients are examining its safety and efficacy in long-term use and under everyday conditions – with the aim of supplying further evidence of the product's benefits

When Schering started to do its 1st steps in the Oncology arena I took over the Head position for Medical Marketing responsible for the internal staff and in close cooperation with the BU head and the sales force team.
