IIT Delhi is a premier institute of Engineering and Management in Delhi, India. It has been declared as an 'Institute of Eminence' by the Government of India (2018), with the aim to improve its international rankings (QS rankings) and make IIT Delhi a world class institute for teaching and research. 
One of its aims is to improve the faculty to student ratio (currently 1:17; goal 1:10), hire more foreign faculty members and students. 
I have been involved in activities related to marketing and branding of IIT Delhi, recruitment of faculty members, onboarding, and engagement of faculty members. I am also involved in developing content for the websites, brochures and handbooks that assist the faculty members at various stages of their tenure at IIT Delhi.

This is a one stop solution to all the queries, instructions and information about the rules, policies, benefits, etc. for the faculty members at all stages of their tenure. This helped them get the right information at the right time.

This brochure acted as a branding asset that was sent to the universities/professionals/academicians who could be the potential faculty candidates. It elaborates on why IIT Delhi is a great place to work. It has been interspersed with beautiful pictures of birds (clicked by the faculty members) that are found on the campus of IITD (we fondly call it the 'Bird series'.  The 'Flower series' is in the making and will be released soon).

Samviti was a bootstrapped start up based in New Delhi, India that aimed at bringing scholars on one platform for network and collaboration.

It was a small team and we wore multiple hats.
My primary duties were-

My name is Prachi and I have many stories to tell you that I keep posting on Linkedin, but today I want to share something that has been a turning point in my life --

In May 2022, we moved to London, UK 🇬🇧 from Delhi, India 🇮🇳

Our initial months in the UK were interesting, but sometimes stressful, as we were figuring everything out by ourselves. 
Moving to a new country can get overwhelming, BUT we have been there, DONE that!!
