During that time, I confronted problems related to Circuit Design, project handling, teaching, mentoring and in marketing and administration as well. I figured out all of these and learned a lot in my career. I also participated enthusiastically in the Faculty Development Programs and extra-curricular activities as well. My biggest achievement was when my students excelled in their exams.
