My story—and 𝐢𝐧𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 𝐇𝐞𝐫™—was born not from success, but from public shame and the hard road of rebuilding. In 2024, after my own incarceration, I faced the crushing realities of stigma and reentry. Out of necessity and determination, I founded Indiana Reentry Corporation (501c3) in 2024, building resources for justice-impacted women so they wouldn’t have to walk the same lonely path I did.

But as I built programs for others, I realized I was living the “reentry reality show” myself—needing the very tools, hope, and community I was creating. That’s when 𝐢𝐧𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 𝐇𝐞𝐫™ came to life. It started as a way to heal my own trauma, restore my identity, and find my confidence, courage, and voice again. The more I grew, the more I knew: women need a space where reentry, trauma, or life transitions are met with understanding—not judgment.

𝐢𝐧𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 𝐇𝐞𝐫™ is my answer to every woman who’s ever carried shame, felt invisible or unworthy, or been held back by past labels. Here, women are seen for who they are becoming—not where they have been.

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒑𝒔𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏

For 25 years, I was the quintessential "Red Cape" woman: a Corporate Controller, expected to flawlessly balance a high-level executive role with the relentless duties of mother, caregiver, and spouse. I wore perfection as armor, but was drowning in survival debt. Years of terminal caregiving and professional devaluation created an unsustainable system designed to guarantee failure.

This led to my catastrophic collapse: a 2-year federal sentence for wire fraud.  The shame was absolute; my corporate suit was replaced by a scratchy, dehumanizing forest green uniform.

𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐓: The Ph.D. in Reentry

In isolation, my perspective shifted. I realized the justice system is an engine for failure, systematically barring resilient women from the job market. I traded my financial knowledge for my cellmates' human stories.

My federal sentence became my Ph.D. in Reentry.

Returning home, I faced the ridiculous Second Sentence: seven figures of finance experience couldn't secure a job interview. This proved the system was broken. Ineffective policy (like "ban-the-box" rules) won't defeat human bias. My motto became: "I don't have the answer but I will figure it out."

𝑵𝑶𝑾: Building the Solution

Today, I’m translating that painful education into scalable, systemic change and powerful restitution. I’ve personally built a multi-pillar ecosystem to solve the talent gap and the leadership crisis:

1. Reentry Tech (The Mission): I founded Indiana Reentry Corporation and architected the Workforce Navigator Platform. This technology is a human bias eliminator, providing employers with a trusted bridge to America's most resilient talent. We help the formerly incarcerated compete on skills, readiness, and verified support—not past mistakes.

2. Executive Coaching (The Movement): Through inPOWER Her and Drop The Red Cape, I coach female leaders using my P.O.W.E.R. framework (Purpose, Overcome, Wellness, Empowerment, and Resilience). I teach them to drop the Red Cape of Perfection and lead with authenticity and sustainable strength.
