We also have information on Utah Car Clubs, Cars & Coffee, and coverage of shows & meets.  Currently, UtahCarCzar.com is the #1 source for car shows of any type in the state of Utah.

I currently manage all aspects of the website including the online calendar, marketing, and various business relationships in regards to the car show & car club communities.

I also offer marketing services such as web design, SEO consulting & fulfillment, and social media.

I was brought on to AmpianHR to establish marketing at the company and to create a new category  (see TruNovus).
I quickly designed and created as new website with content. I also established a brand guide and be assets for each department.
I've set up a schedule of webinars for educating our clients.
I added HubSpot to begin email marketing and adding analytics to their various company announcements.

I'm also casually posting on social media, however, the large part of my focus is now in TruNovus.

Essentially, I created a brand foundation for Ampian so we can educate and market to our existing clients and be attractive and informative for potential clients.

I'm currently working on a mini site for the staffing side of Ampian as well as a shared COVID19 resource center.

As a co-founder, I helped create and launch a new beverage category called Self-Carbonating Powder. This patented drink is the first drink mix powder that carbonates by just adding it to water. It is also healthy, sustainable, and full of flavor (unlike those sparkling waters with hints).

Accomplishments Include: 
• Launched and managed the most successful Indiegogo campaign for a beverage brand. We raised over $82k including post-campaign purchases from 1200+ backers.

From this campaign, I created a Facebook VIP group of over 750 customers. I had a lot of fun interacting with customers from all over the world and watching their excitement build as we got closer to shipping their products. We also utilized this group to gauge interest in new flavors, and experience with the product, and encourage social sharing.

• Developed the 2021 corporate marketing strategy which included marketing objectives, advertising calendar, competitor analysis (pricing & placement), budgets, buyer personas (B2B and D2C), and benchmark KPIs 

• As a true startup, I wore many other hats and did what was necessary to move us closer to launching. What's in my hat collection?  
I developed & launched our e-commerce store and various apps (BigCommerce), ran customer service and the consumer experience, managed our creative agency, developed strategies for revenue retention, created our product beta program, developed our email marketing strategy, B2B sales, product packaging, and messaging, created pitch decks and participated in investor meetings, and more amazing adventures.

• Participated in and took first place at the 2020 RevRoad Entrepreneur Competition. We were joined by 40 other amazing Utah companies.

Oversee the digital growth and success of all Young Living markets.  This is accomplished through SEO, Paid Search, and Paid social.

Completed projects included:
- Global blog redesign, including AMP, strategy development and implementation of new functions & schema to increase conversions & traffic.
- Created processes to gather product content from 8 different internal teams. This content was placed on newly designed product pages that took average content from 100 words to over 800.  As a result, websites across all countries saw a lift in traffic and rankings for Young Living product pages.
- Growing my team to better serve our international markets with SEO, email automation, social & paid search marketing.
- Expanding our Paid Search channel into programmatic advertising, video ads, shopping ads, and more.
- Absorbed Young Living's email automation team and assisted with approvals to launch various campaigns in the RFM model. In just five months, the team generated over $1.8M in sales that would have otherwise been lost by members going inactive.

I created and executed on all organic strategy for BambooHR, software that sets you free to do great work.  I was responsible for everything SEO, including a well-optimized website, detailed link building strategy (internal & external), developing content relationships with companies that share a similar vision, and providing assistance and direction for our content team.

I work closely with each member of the marketing team, and a variety of other departments in order to align our efforts and goals, to help BambooHR become the #1 HR software for small & medium sized businesses.

Managed a team of 10 at-home writers by assigning articles to each team member, managing their payroll, and editing each article, checking it for accuracy and plagiarism.
