You’ll pay full price to a stranger.
But ask your friend for a discount.

You’ll share a big brand’s launch.
But stay silent when someone close to you starts something.

Building a business is hard AF.

If your friend starts a business:

- Buy at full price
- Give them a testimonial
- Spread the word
- Open a door for them
- Ask, “How can I help?”
- Encourage them

Support isn’t liking their post.

It’s backing them when it actually matters 💯

If you can solve a real problem FAST, you should raise your prices.

That sentence makes a lot of people uncomfortable.
Usually the ones who are undercharging the most.

If I do a job in 30 minutes, it's because I spent 10 years learning how to do it in 30 minutes.

You're not paying for the minutes.
You're paying for the years.

Most people price themselves like beginners even after a decade in the game.

They charge for time.
They apologize for invoices.
They feel guilty for being efficient.

Speed is NOT cheap.
Clarity is NOT cheap.
Knowing exactly what to do without trial and error is NOT cheap.

Underpricing doesn't make you "humble", it makes you invisible.

✅ Charge for the outcome.
❌ Not the hours.

Most people need more respect for their own skill.

And that starts with clarity and raising your prices.

All are golden for prospecting. 

1. Inbox is quieter 
You aren’t competing with 47 other cold outreach messages. 

2. Decision-makers actually respond 
CEOs and VPs clearing their inbox before or on weekends. 

3. Different mindset 
People are more relaxed, thus likely to engage in a conversation.

It’s just less crowded then.

In SMB, speed & precision matters. 

Deals are smaller, faster, and more transactional

GTM Engineer/AI + full-cycle rep just make more sense. 

- lower CAC
- faster motion
- better conversion

One rep = one quota = one accountable owner.

It makes more sense to enable SDRs with technical plays.

What’s your take here? 

PS: Enterprise - humans still matter. Hard to automate relationship building.
