We hosted a hiring day for our client in Glasgow

The Founders presented the overall story, set the tone and shared the vision

Founding AE ran a demo - showcasing the product

12 candidates attended

Everyone was blown away by the quality

So how did we make that happen?

✅ Visited the office to get a proper feel for the environment and team
✅ Created a high-production video job ad to showcase the business 
✅ Headhunted candidates - identified, contacted, sold the opp
✅ Screened everyone understand strengths and team fit
✅ Video interviewed every single candidate
✅ Worked closely with the Founders to select the top 12 for the day
✅ Provided food & drink so it felt welcoming, not transactional
✅ Hosted the day and managed all invites and logistics
✅ Phoned every candidate after with feedback and support
