Marketing Responsibilities
To manage Brand Philosophy.
Work independently, in consultation with the reporting manager, to drive brands to achieve their objectives
Ensure all Marketing and In-store efforts are integrated (promotional activities, merchandising, planograms, training) are implemented timely to meet brand and sales objectives
Develop annual marketing calendar, plan and implement creative integrated marketing campaigns in the market based on global brand guidelines and the local markets’ requirements
Work closely with the cluster marketing team to align timing of activations with the ATL and PR calendars
Monitor activation results, and provide ROI analysis in collaboration with the Key Account team
Work closely with the Demand Planning team to optimize inventory forecasts for new launches and existing product assortment, participate in external meetings with Media owners and agency. 
To ensure timely submission of brand monthly management reports to the cluster office as the voice of market initiatives
Execute brand BTL marketing activities flawlessly, and manage A&P budget
Work closely with sales teams to achieve budget sales and optimize distribution Lead / event lead  and inspire 1 to 2 marketing enthusiasts

1) Planning Administration
    • Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans. 
    • Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans. 
     • Research and write discussion papers, analysis documents and proposal as needed to assist  
       the organization in determining and meeting it's long and short term goals.

    * Organize the availability of Company members for Media/ PR Events as necessary
    * Oversee content, production and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (Posters, 
       Program, flyers, mail outs, brochures etc) with Director, designer and project manager.
    * Manage Press Development
    * Co-ordinate the invitation of potential future promoters and supporters of the Company.
    * Liaison with Suppliers and Sponsorship Partners.
5) FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
    * Provide recommendations regarding investments and cash strategies
    * Oversee preparation of annual budget, regular variance statements and annual audit together 
       with the account division
    * Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the company
    * Provide vision and leadership in long range fiscal planning to ensure the continuity and solvency
