Key responsibilities: 
- Working as the main point of contact between client and agency on various international projects.
- Managing remote teams. 
- Planning and executing project timelines & budgets.

Account & Project Manager

Day to day responsibilities include:
- Briefing team members on projects and ensuring the appropriate progress is made to deliver key deliverables on time.
- Assisting with the agency's internal marketing strategy.
- Working in the Operations Department to help coordinate day-to-day organisational activities. 
- Community management for one of our clients, as well as on our company's social media pages.

The above tasks are my main responsibilities, but due to the startup nature of this company, I am exposed to various tasks outside of my primary scope, thus allowing me to act and shape my role as a very versatile one within the organisation.

^ This is my philosophy. Do whatever you do well, and always be kind :) I like lots of things and tend to wear multiple hats, but I’m at my happiest when helping optimise my team and enabling them to do their best work. 

I love building relationships and getting to know people beyond the surface.I always thought I was a freakishly creative rebel (the artsy type), and then I realised that I’m actually a bit of an organisational nerd! But I’ve come to notice that creativity presents itself in many different ways. 

Account management, team leadership, and operational process development are some of the places where I’ve found myself most comfortable. But I’m still figuring it out and enjoying every second of the ride!
