Clients included Cadbury Schwepps, Pusser’s Rum, The British Virgin Islands Tourist Board and Alternative Investment Group.

There aren't 25 lessons this will teach you about B2B SaaS.

But this issue is very near to my heart, because the dictation button sucks.

The dictation button is sometimes the dictation button, sometimes the voice record button. 

There's never any indication what it will be.

It's bad.

ChatGPT launched 3 years ago today. Since then, we've:

- Made learning obsolete
- Automated all creative work
- Replaced every single white collar job on the planet
- Replaced every blue collar worker with AI and quickly realized that was a terrible idea
- Created AGI
- Removed the need for work entirely
- Created the robot uprising, defeated it, and created the second robot uprising

Not bad for 3 years!

I'm worried for founders in 2026. There are basically two paths they can take.

1. The easier path. Fully commit to AI generating all your content. 

This is where most will go, and it's a race to the bottom. 

Your voice and brand will become the average of all content. 

You won't even have a unique voice, period.

You'll disappear in an endless sea of founders doing the exact same thing.

2. The better path. Leaning in to what AI can't copy.

AI can't live your life, and it can't have your perspective.

It's much more difficult to embrace this idea, and to think for yourself.

But it's the only way to build a durable brand that stands out. 

Short-term, you might think I'm wrong.

But long-term, I know I'm right. 

AI cannot predict what I'm doing. 

It can copy it, sure. But copying doesn't work forever.

I was expecting a lot more from Spotify wrapped this year, if I'm being honest.

You probably think it's a great idea to post content from your CEO's account.

It is.

But then you put a marketing manager in between the writer and the founder.

This is a bad idea.

No incredible post was written by a committee.

I've seen so many incredible startups kneecap their strategy by putting 13 rounds of review and 2 marketing managers in between writing and posting.

It never works. 

The ideal relationship is 1:1. Writer to founder. 

If you don't think the founder can manage that, then the founder isn't ready to post on socials.

Simple as.

(I've only seen this work if the CMO / VP Marketing has signoff/posting ability for the founders, FWIW. Otherwise, it doesn't.)
