3½ years ago, I left the University of Wisconsin-Madison, no longer able to pursue a path that didn't fuel my passion. 

I returned to my roots: hotels, a cornerstone of my childhood.

At four, my life revolved around the family-run motel in Iowa; we lived there, and I immersed myself in its operation. 

This upbringing taught me the hospitality industry's intricacies and the value of stellar customer service.

Fast-forward, and the former biology student pivoted to economics, joining a commercial real estate firm, taking my childhood pastime from nostalgia to career. In under two years, without formal education in the field, I landed a Senior Analyst role - proof that passion, knowledge, and experience are formidable assets.

Managing a portfolio of Blue Chip Corporate Clients amounting to USD 200Mn approx. including MNCs to meet their Short Term Working capital and Project Finance Requirements.  

Responsibilities Include: 
•Marketing of New to Bank Clients (NTBs) – till date booked USD 60Mn approx. in NTBs & existing clients.
•To originate and execute new Corporate Banking relationships and Project Finance transactions, i.e developing transaction structures, undertaking the due diligence exercise and incorporation of company specific issues through evolution of transaction structures, negotiate terms with the clients, finalization of legal documents etc.
•To meet assigned targets yield including ancillary business generation, advances and deposit mobilizations etc. 
•To manage key relationships with existing and potential clients with a view to leverage by generating further business and widening the portfolio with the objective of maximizing overall customer risk adjusted profitability and share of business from each client / Group. 
•To ensure the highest professional standards of services provided to the bank’s Corporate Clients,
•Managing and increasing revenue streams from Existing Corporate Clients.
•To work in partnership with other Business and Support Functions of the bank including but not limited to Asset & Liability products, Treasury Services, Market Sales (FX), Transaction Banking Services including Trade Finance and , and other lines of business.

Responsibilities Include: 
Project Finance:
•To originate and execute large ticket project finance transaction, i.e developing transaction structures, undertaking the due diligence exercise and incorporation of company specific issues through evolution of transaction structures, negotiate terms with the clients, finalization of legal documents etc.
•To independently originate new Project Finance Mandates (lead arrangements and participations)
•To support and lead the internal approval process including interface with credit, legal and other teams as well as management and various internal departments such as Credit, CAD, International Banking and Regional Corporate Centers as required for successful closure of transactions. 
•To achieve key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned in terms of fee income, asset book building, cross selling including FX, Trade Finance, Cash Management and other products and services offered by the Bank.

Corporate Banking:

•Regular review and updating of Credit Procedural Manual to keep in liaison with the changes.
•Monitoring of exposures of Corporate & Individual Borrowers exceeding 5% of Banks equity on quarterly basis to ensure they do not breach SBP Prudential requirements under PR-1 and PR-5.

•Preparing value added credit analysis for identifying the underlying risk elements of the borrowers and transactions, i.e due diligence of credit proposals.
•Quantitative analysis including analysis of financial statements, operating and long term financing needs and cash flow projections to ascertain repayment capacity of the borrower.
•Ensuring compliance with the guidelines provided by the Bank’s Credit Policy and the Central Bank.
•Restructuring and revaluation of problematic accounts.
•Issuance and preparation of Guarantees and maintenance of Charge and Security Documents.
