As Chief People Officer, I'm responsible for developing a world-class culture as we 10x our business. This means I get to play with radical, leading-edge concepts such as Remote Work, Unique Ability, EOS, and Best life Coaching.

After pivoting from architecture and entrepreneurship into SaaS and HR Tech, I found my zone: blending structure, strategy, and creativity to build scalable outbound engines and high-performing teams. At Remote, I sourced over €5M in qualified pipeline, influenced €2.7M+ in closed revenue, opened new markets across EMEA and MENA, and coached SDRs into senior roles, all while exceeding 150%+ quota as an IC and sourcing 118%+ as a Team Lead, often >€2M per quarter over the past years.

Whether I’m closing deals, launching GTM programs, or designing playbooks, I show up with clarity, ownership, and a human-first mindset. I thrive in fast-paced, international environments where big ideas meet real results.
