Achievements:
Starting this job, it was a completely new project in Remarketing - to build a centralized team in Tesla HQ Amsterdam to get this responsibility off from the regional teams. This was to ensure development on the auctioning of the trade-in vehicles in their regions. 

This also created a significant change in the efficiency of the Inside Sales & Delivery teams as we could work more closely and respond faster to inquires.
