I am passionate about delivering the globally researched Positive Intelligence®️ Mental Fitness Foundation Program to horse riders of all disciplines and levels.

I am an equestrian who has battled with negative thoughts and emotions that have in the past hindered my progress and enjoyment. Since focusing on my Mental Fitness I have found an ease and flow in my riding. I have developed a solution focused mindset that is adaptable, positive and less attached to outcomes. My self awareness has increased, enabling me to recognise when I am experiencing negative thoughts and emotions and take back control, rather than my thoughts controlling me. I have experienced increased feelings of enjoyment, improved performance in my riding and improved relationships with those around me.

The PA team of over 80 authors are all practitioners in their field, so they know what really works!  Alchemy is about getting the right information into the hands of the right people at the right time.  This means that managers can act in a more knowledgeable and experienced way and their tasks are achieved more quickly and effectively.

I had responsibility for developing the business at a national level.  This involved working with client's HR, L&D and Training professionals at all levels to provide relevant online learning solutions for their work force.

Responsible for recruiting sales professionals (Graduates to National Sales Managers) within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry.  The area covered was the Northeast of England and Cumbria.
This role involved total autonomy of this geographic area, I was required to interview new candidates by travelling to Newcastle once a week.  I was also required to build Client relationships over the telephone and to develop new business.
