In 2020, Heidi founded GirlzWhoSell, an organization committed to democratizing the male-dominated professional sales industry. As Founder & CEO, she is committed to building a diverse pipeline of early-stage female B2B sales talent, with a special emphasis on supporting young women from underrepresented communities. GirlzWhoSell Academy delivers training, mentorship, scholarships, experiential learning, and career readiness programs for college and high school-aged women who seek economic independence and purpose-driven careers.

Heidi is also a celebrated author. Her 2022 release of Heels to Deals: How Women Are Dominating in Business-to-Business Sales, is an award-winning anthology amplifying the voices of over 30 diverse women who are reshaping the global B2B sales landscape. The book earned her a Silver Stevie Award for Book of the Year in 2024, adding to her already impressive Stevie Award accolades, including Gold Stevie Awards for Women of the Year in Sales and Worldwide Sales Executive of the Year, and a Bronze Stevie Award for Women Helping Women.

Heidi recently released her debut children's book I Have a Voice:  A Book of Listening.  Geared towards children ages 4-9, the book teaches children how to identify, listen to and honor their inner voice, and encourages them to use their voice for good in the world.  Two more picture books are currently in development.
