My first solo adventure took me to Japan at 19, right after finishing high school. After three weeks of backpacking and staying in small, cramped hostel beds, I ventured to Southern China. The next summer, I continued through Northern Europe by bus—from Oslo to Malmö, then from Budapest to Vienna, and onwards to Istanbul and Tbilisi, Georgia.

🌏 My travels didn’t stop there. From Georgia, I flew to Cambodia, then onto Vietnam, China, back home, and soon returned to Asia, exploring Vietnam, China, and Japan once again. Further adventures took me to Australia, Estonia, Latvia, Germany, Tbilisi once more, and finally, back home as the pandemic began.

🇨🇴 In 2022, I spent six months in Bogotá, Colombia, diving into new levels of creativity and improving my Spanish. Working full-time, I generated leads with U.S. start-ups, gaining firsthand experience in the world of remote work and international business.

These global experiences have deepened my understanding of the challenges—and exciting possibilities—of remote work and cross-cultural business. They’ve shown me that talent thrives where people want to be, not where they have to be.
