As the lead Skills Solution Architect, I was trusted to quickly develop a senior level advisory relationship in problem solving through surfacing a client's real business challenge, the metrics that mattered and their workforces influence on them. Recognized as the Skills Management SME I delivered data driven processes, analytics, content and SaaS technology solutions across the whole employee lifecycle. 
Using my broad expertise, I collaborated, facilitated and led Exec, Sales, Product and Consulting teams worldwide to establish value in scaling a Skills culture.  Some of the solutions I was able to contribute and lead were: 
   • Global European insurance provider drove LMS ROI >189% 
   • Large US Retail Bank saved $25million from compensation budget through skills management.
   • Global US Telecoms provider drove enterprise wide reskilling strategy for its 250,000 staff to adapt and pivot amidst massive market disruption.

The opportunity for me to learn from customers, and share lessons or what did, and didn't work drove helped me grow as an individual, and gave me confidence to present externally at conferences and workshops, on stage and virtually. Skills Management Solution Architect - IBM Talent Transformation

Following the acquisition by IBM, a key part of my role was to establish the value proposition Skills Framework data across the much larger organization, and the commercial opportunity for the Skills Management solution team. Having secured that, I led the enablement and consultative selling across product and consulting practices.  Showcasing potential solutions through telling their story that closed those gaps were proud moments in seeing client "light bulb" moments where they could see alignment of a solution to culture and measurable outcomes for individuals and their organization. Gaining mind share and investment of effort budget, beyond features and functions became a pet project in addressing real ROI, not only purely HR expense, TCO. 
Developing greater technical competence of B2B and SaaS platform solutions and experiences of integrating solutions was always a personal goal and important point of credibility.  
It was an honour to have the opportunity to learn and share so many different client experiences. I've collected a lot of those experiences and being able to apply in new context that informs needs analysis, problem solving and creative problem solving. Enabling clients to develop and embed a sense of ownership for the long term is very rewarding.
