I oversaw multichannel CRM and loyalty programs to generate sales revenues on key client accounts and capture additional market share. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to produce impactful creative and identified new business opportunities in email, viral, and social networking domains. I launched a ground-breaking, experiential, multichannel CRM loyalty program for Westfield shopping centers and managed 55 segmented websites and national email campaigns for Westfield Connect. I also streamlined business rules and acquisition technology to increase membership by 229 percent in just one month. In addition, I led Jiffy Lube’s interactive, touch screen kiosk program in over 2K retail sites to build loyalty-member base.

Three levels beneath Warren Buffet, I executed strategic marketing, promotions, and advertising plans, as well as oversaw and managed campaign processes for retail shops, mail order, fundraising, B2B, and e-commerce channels. In this role, I administered a $12M budget, directed five personnel, and managed multiple contractors, agencies, consultants and vendors for the new Direct Marketing Department. I built brand equity through strategic cross-promotion with Berkshire-Hathaway retail partners and created acquisition campaigns and referral programs. I capitalized on SEO opportunities and managed Yahoo! and Google PPC ad performance. Partnering with business units, I helped review key sales and thought initiatives and attain sales goals; and presented monthly business highlights to the CEO and Berkshire-Hathaway shareholders annually. Some of my winning contributions include extending store operation hours to include Sundays to increase revenue and implementing bounce-back promotions. In collaboration with the customer service team, I reduced advertising and operating expenses by 20 percent within six months and grew the customer CRM database by 163 percent in just one year. I successfully allocated limited resources to streamline e-commerce website sales funnel and user experience; increased search rankings by 20 percent, PPC conversions by another 20 percent, and sales ROAS by over 245 percent; and oversaw an online sweepstakes to achieve 52 percent email opt-in rate, increasing email revenue by $4.8M in 18 months. I also established the marketing strategy and led campaign delivery/analysis, realizing 17 percent revenues growth totaling $30M in one year.

I also spearheaded a $2M integrated ad campaign, awarding $100K in prizes for network’s first interactive/mobile trivia sweepstakes and coordinated ongoing promotional email campaigns with Sony to reach 5M+ subscribers. In addition, as a member of the Interactive and Marketing departments, I contributed to GSN’s receipt of four Interactive Emmy nominations for innovative work in interactive television and loyalty.

At Crazy Cups I managed all aspects of the Direct to Consumer channel sales and subscriptions. I identified opportunities and implemented them to increase both customer acquisition and sales. I leveraged data to create a contact strategy and campaign calendar that increased revenue year over year. 

Upon joining Brierley+Partners, I was the account lead for the Westfield Connect program, a consumer retail-focused multichannel CRM program for over 50 retail mall locations nationwide. I also managed the design, development and launch for the new CRM loyalty program Jiffy Lube Rewards, including online, email, mobile marketing, and in-store interactive kiosk channels for over 200 franchisees and over 2000 nationwide locations. As a member of the Strategy Team, I identified new business opportunities and provided clients recommendations for CRM, social media, and online sales strategies.

Previously, I headed the Marketing department for See's Candies and ran all multichannel-marketing initiatives to support retail, mail order catalog, B2B and online e-commerce sales. Prior to See's Candies, I managed the interactive marketing efforts for GSN, the Network for Games, including loyalty, email, mobile, promotions, and on-air campaigns for all gaming initiatives, new shows, and ad sales. I partnered with Sony to create an e-commerce rewards catalog and launched the first ever cable network loyalty program, GSN Rewards powered by MySony, which received an Interactive Emmy.
