I've always been a builder.

I started with a language school in Spain over 20 years ago and built that from scratch. Then I moved into tech sales in the SaaS space because I wanted to try building something else. That's what I do: continuously build and move into new areas so I'm constantly learning and growing.

I spent two and a half years in the bid management space, working for bid management platforms and building communities on LinkedIn. I got to know so many bid professionals, learned what they actually do, and saw their desire for systems and processes that make their work better. I'm the same way: always looking for ways to improve things.

That's where I saw the pattern. Bid professionals and founders face the same problem: they're brilliant at what they do, but they don't have systems to share what they know consistently. Marketing teams turn them corporate. Ghostwriters make them sound like everyone else. And manual posting? Unsustainable.

So I built Loro Flow to solve it. LinkedIn content systems and automation infrastructure that preserves authentic voice while scaling execution. Not just content: full GTM systems. Outbound automation. Competitive analysis. The things that fall through the cracks when everyone's doing multiple jobs.

I also created bidfolk, a community and podcast for bid professionals. That content gives me genuine joy, so it's staying. Different page now, same commitment to making the bid world better.

My toolkit: Clay (Bootcamp grad and moderator), n8n, MCP development, automation and AI for go-to-market growth. I like process, being helpful and having fun while doing both.

I joined Tanay Mishra's Claude Code cohort in Clay Bootcamp 🥾 already knowing quite a bit about Claude Code. Still learned a ton!         

Week one, we built landing pages that automatically adapt based on a prospect's company and services. The kind of personalisation that used to take hours per prospect now happens instantly with MCP integration. I walked through one of mine in the carousel below - every personalisation touch I added and why it works.)

Week two, we integrated Exa search directly into Claude Code. This allows you not just personalise static content but pull live, relevant data into every touchpoint.

 But what made this cohort stick was the people.

Ana Sofia Grass Giraldo 🥾 creates the most beautiful websites and landing pages. I genuinely loved watching what she built. Nilesh Patil has this endless stream of marketing ideas that made you rethink your own approach. Everyone brought something different.

I've done courses where you follow along and forget everything in a week. This one stuck because you were learning from the cohort as much as from the curriculum. For me, that's the best recipe for a short-term course. 

Personalisation can be so manual and time-intensive. Now it's systematic, scalable, and actually enjoyable to set up.

Personalised landing pages with Claude Code

Three research tools. Three completely different strengths. One architecture. 

The challenge: When we started researching a company, it used a massive amount of tokens and context in the window, which isn't sustainable for scale.

I also noticed that as soon as Exa was introduced. Everyone started throwing out names - "What about Parallel? What about BlitzAPI?"

Solution: This week I learned about sub-agents. The idea that instead of one AI researcher doing everything, you spin up agents that handle specific tasks. In our case companies. 

However, all researchers aren't the same. They have their strengths. So I added in that the subagents could choose which tools they needed to get the job done.

🔹 Need recent news and signals? It calls Parallel Web Systems. 
🔹 Need verified contact details? It calls BlitzAPI. 

The agent picks the right tool for the job. I don't have to map it out manually every time. 

The quality of the output was great! Quotes from podcasts the CEO has appeared on, acquisitions, contact details, etc. The bit that really got me was people search. When I was researching bid professionals in companies, they were always absorbed into sales or marketing. A company might look like it has ten proposal people or none because they're hidden under Sales Operations or Business Development Manager. 

Having an agent that knows to dig into role structures and find the actual humans? That would have been gold. One agent per company. Three specialist tools it can draw from. 

Zero duplication or wasted tokens.

Founder

I've been digging into Anthropic's new labor market data this week (you should too - link below). The findings are nuanced. Some roles are shrinking. Hiring patterns are shifting. The workforce our kids enter will look different from the one we built our careers in.

But different isn't the same as worse. 

Here's what the data actually shows. AI is far from reaching its theoretical capability — actual coverage of job tasks remains a fraction of what's feasible, even in the most exposed occupations. 

The gap between what AI can do and what it's doing today is enormous. That gap is opportunity. It's the space where human judgment, creativity, and connection thrive.

The jobs our kids will have probably don't have names yet. That was true for my generation (Gen X), too. We saw so many things come into existence. Cell phones. Home computers. Internet. WiFi. Now, generative and agentic AI. 

We had to be curious, learn, and adapt - just like our kids will. 

Every generation inherits a world mid-transformation. Every generation figures it out. 

What I want for my kids isn't a specific job title with demonstrable durability. It's curiosity. Adaptability. The confidence to learn fast and the wisdom to know what's worth learning. 

Curiosity and learning agility become even more critical in the AI age. Those things don't deprecate.

Our feeds are flooded with hot takes on what the future holds, but the reality is that no one knows for certain. The thing I believe with reasonable confidence is this. If you want a resilient career in the age of AI, stay curious.
